Project Overview:
This project involves the complete decommissioning of the GDC (Gas District Cooling) plant located at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and the safe removal, preparation, and transportation of two (2) LM2500 SAC gas turbine units to Siemens Energy for further servicing, refurbishment, or redeployment.
Scope of Work
- Site Decommissioning
- Full shutdown of plant systems in compliance with safety protocols
- Isolation and disconnection of utilities (electrical, mechanical, fuel, water, etc.)
- Dismantling of auxiliary equipment associated with LM2500 SAC units
- Environmental and safety assessments
- Equipment Preparation
- Cleaning and packaging of LM2500 SAC turbines
- Preservation procedures to prevent corrosion or mechanical degradation
- Mounting onto transport frames or skid bases, if applicable
- Logistics & Transportation
- Crane and rigging operations for safe lifting of gas turbines
- Land and/or sea transport arrangements, including route planning and permits

Project Overview:
This project entails the removal and replacement of two (2) COTP gas engine-driven compressors with electric motor-driven systems at the Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) Semarang facility. The initiative supports enhanced energy efficiency, improved reliability, and reduced carbon emissions as part of PCSB’s operational and sustainability goals.
Scope Of Work
- Decommissioning and Removal
- Safe shutdown and isolation of the existing COTP gas engines
- Disconnection from associated mechanical, electrical, and process systems
- Removal and disposal (or preservation) of the gas engines in accordance with PCSB procedures
- Installation of Electric Motors
- Engineering and installation of electric motor drives compatible with existing or modified compressor systems
- Structural modifications, if required (e.g., foundation, baseplate alignment)
- Integration with plant electrical systems, including MCC/transformer upgrades if applicable
- Controls and Automation
- Modification or upgrade of control systems (DCS/PLC) to accommodate electric drive operations
- Integration of motor protection, VFDs (if used), and monitoring interfaces
- Testing & Commissioning

Project Overview:
This project involves the reverse engineering, repair, and refurbishment of a steam turbine unit operated by Petronas Gas Berhad (PGB). The scope focuses on restoring turbine functionality, extending asset life, and ensuring safe and reliable performance, especially where OEM support may be limited or unavailable.
Scope of Work:
- Initial Inspection and Assessment
- On-site and/or off-site dismantling and detailed inspection of the steam turbine
- Failure analysis and assessment of component wear, damage, or performance degradation
- Dimensional checks, material analysis, and identification of critical tolerances
- Reverse Engineering
- 3D scanning or precision measurement of critical parts (e.g., blades, rotor, casing, seals)
- CAD modeling and drawing generation of components for replication or redesign
- Material specification analysis and metallurgy testing to match or improve original materials
- Repair and Fabrication
- Refurbishment or re-manufacturing of damaged components (e.g., blades, diaphragms, shafts)
- Welding, machining, heat treatment, and balancing processes as needed
- Replacement or reconditioning of bearings, seals, and auxiliary systems
